3. Eligibility
-
Open to residents of Victoria aged 18 years or over.

Members of the Huntly Football Netball Club, their families, and the general public are eligible to purchase tickets.

Employees and committee members involved in the raffle's organisation are ineligible to win.
4. How to Enter
-
Tickets can be purchased for $50 each from authorised sellers, online at www.huntlyfnc.com.au, or at club events.

A maximum of 2,000 tickets will be sold.

Each ticket purchased grants the holder one (1) entry into the draw.
5. Draw and Winner Notification
-
The raffle will be drawn on 16th August 2025 at 8:00 PM at the Huntly Football Club, Strauch Reserve.

Winners will be determined by random draw.

The first ticket drawn will win the first prize, followed by subsequent draws for the remaining prizes.

Winners will be announced live at the event, listed on the club website (www.huntlyfnc.com.au) within 48 hours, and contacted directly using the contact details provided at ticket purchase.
6. Claiming Prizes

Winners have 12 months from the draw date to claim their prizes.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

All applicable taxes and registration fees (where relevant) are included in the prize value.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 12 months, the prize may be reallocated following VGCCC guidelines.
7. Additional Terms

Permit Number 10020/25 must be included on all raffle materials and tickets.

The raffle is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 and all guidelines issued by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).

All advertising material related to the raffle will include the club’s name and the permit number.
